CHRISTOPHER HOLLEY CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Chris was appointed chief executive in 2006, bringing with him substantial expertise in different models of housing and support for vulnerable people and considerable skill in drawing together complex strands of funding that, combined, get results. His housing career has a solidly grounding in the charitable sector but as Harrow Council's supporting people manager, his last post before joining HCHA, Chris gained ample experience of the challenges for local government in commissioning, funding and auditing sensitive services. Chris earlier worked as supported housing manager for Metropolitan Housing Trust, where he ran a broad operation including supported, sheltered and temporary housing. He also worked for, among others, Notting Hill Housing Trust and Single Homeless Project.

MICK CARROLL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Mick Carroll joined HCHA as operations manager in 2008. He was previously a consultant, coach and trainer to the voluntary and private sectors after working for over 20 years for St Mungos, London’s largest homelessness charity. will help with all community matters, enquiries about service standards and general enquiries, and any press calls...

 
TRACEY BALDWIN FINANCE MANAGER

Tracey, our finance manager since 2010, has over 20 years experience of managing finance and business systems. Before joining us she spent 10 years as finance director for Fast Ltd, the Berkshire-based Federation Against Software Theft. That followed a six-year stint as unit accountant for a firm of loss adjustors, Ellis & Buckle. She is part CIMA, has a business studies diploma and is licensed to administer and interpret the Thomas International Management Systems test. is our expert on all financial matters, including funding...


ROBERT GOODMAN MAINTENANCE & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Robert joined HCHA in 2001. He has worked in the building Industry all his working life, including  design projects for large building and civil engineering consultancies, Scott Wilson Group plc and WSP Group plc (formerly Kenchington, Little and Partners). He is an  incorporated engineer and fellow of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering & Estate Management.

JUNE SWABY YOUNG PEOPLE'S SERVICE MANAGER

June joined HCHA eight years ago as a housing support officer, rising through the ranks to head up the young people’s service two years ago. June previously managed a children’s home in neighbouring Hillingdon. Children and families have remained the focus of her 30 year career, which has spanned the social services, education and housing sectors.

EDITH SAITURU EXTRA CARE SERVICE MANAGER

Edith has managed our extra care service since it was first launched at the opening of Ewart House. She previously worked for seven years for the Westminster Society for People with Learning Disabilities, starting as a support worker before promotion to team manager. is your first point of call for housing and support services for frail older people


LORRAINE MCKALE OLDER PERSONS' SERVICE MANAGER

Lorraine  McKale joined HCHA in 2007 and was promoted to service manager for our older persons supported and sheltered housing. She has worked in the voluntary and paid housing sector for over 20 years, building up an indepth knowledge of support and housing services for a varied client group, including vulnerable people. In her spare time she volunteers as a facilitator at tenant, resident and service user involvement and participation meetings.
