Make a comment on our services
We encourage our tenants, their family and supporting professionals and advocates to tell us what they think of our service - what we could do better and what we do well.
We have a comments box at each of our schemes and have printed forms for tenants to complete - one for comments and suggestions and another for complaints. The way we deal with these is clearly set out in two easy to read leaflets: Comments, complaints, compliments and How to make a complaint.
All comments and complaints are logged and our response to each is regularly assessed and analysed. This has the added benefit of allowing us to detect patterns or trends and to identify the need for a new or fresh approach to a service or staff training.
