We have houses in Harrow and Hillingdon that look like any other on the same road for families needing a stable, comfortable home because one or more person in the family has an incurable illness.

We give them the security of a stable, well-maintained home and the anonymity that lets them enjoy family life without drawing unwelcome attention.

With the condition of the affected families kept stable, they are able to avoid more costly medical and nursing care and can continue in paid employment.

Our service is very much a partnership. Harrow and Hillingdon councils' social care staff provide support for the families and the Department of Health funds this aspect of our work.
