Button5 Checks and balances

Our services and performance are overseen by a board of unpaid volunteers, most of them active members of local churches in north-west London. Our board includes one tenant representative.

The board is collectively responsible for making sure we are properly and efficiently managed and that we stay true to our founding purpose of helping vulnerable people in housing need.

Our services and performance are regularly and critically scrutinised by the board. Board members meet four times a year, with three committees looking in greater detail at matters concerning our:

  finances

  housing service

  property maintenance and development

Our governance standards meet all aspects of the National Housing Federation’s code of governance.
